DESCRIPTION:
Joe Romeo and The Orange County Volunteers, 7/8/08 at Jack Sprat Cafe as part of Chapel Hill's first night of a week-long "The Club Is Open" festival. Please pardon the low light pick-up; most p&s cameras need far more light than the human eye. Also playing this night were Birds and Arrows, and Wil Donegan and The Apologies. The first venue hosting the festival was E. Franklin Street's Jack Sprat Cafe. Donations and proceeds from this festival benefit "Carolina for Kibera" (http://cfk.unc.edu ).
