"Club of Millionaires" is a song about the wish to become a part of a social group that represents everything normal people are dreaming of. This desire is stronger than the knowledge that these people are rather dubious, and no real friends at all.

Helaas is zelfs de mooiste vakantie op een gegeven moment voorbij en zal de alledaagse sleur weer toeslagen. Wat voor Ellen betekent, dat ze wakker wordt uit haar droom, weet Lucy Malheur slim te vertalen in haar nummer, welke met name de vluchtigheid van roem en rijkdom in het middelpunt stelt, en voldoende ruimte laat, om kritiek aan de maatschappij in haar lyrics te kunnen interpreteren.
