DESCRIPTION:
My first performance of Allan Gilliland's "Dreaming of the Masters III" written for Jens Lindemann. It was performed with the New Edmonton Wind Sinfonia, directed by Raymond Baril, on Feb 24, 2013 at the Myer Horowitz Theatre in Edmonton, Alberta.

I've heard Jens perform the piece three times, including its premier in Edmonton and at Carnegie Hall in NYC (I got to play 1st trumpet on those performances). What a honor and thrill to play this great piece with a superb wind band.
