Blues singer Joe Johnson was born in Independence, LA. on 1/9/42. Between 1966 & the following year he had two 45 RPM singles released on the A-Bet & Cry labels, both out of Crowley, LA. This recording went unissued for ten years and may have been made for the Excello label. I have found no other information about him.
