Barbara de Menezes Galante was born in Sao Paulo (Brazil) in 1990. As she comes from a family of musicians, she came in contact with classical music very early. At the age of six, she began studying violin with Adriana Schincariol and continued some years later with Elisa Fukuda.Orchestral experience she gained at the "Campos do Jordao" Musicfestival with Kurt Masur.
By invitation of Prof. Lavard Skou-Larsen she came to Austria in 2009 and started her Bachelor studies at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg.
Masterclasses and additional studies with Schmuel Ashkenazy, Glenn Dicterow, Mauro Loguercio, Igor Ozim, Pavel Vernikov, Christian Altenburger, Naidin Igor (Borodin Quartet) Michael Frischenschlager and Anton Sorokow (Concertmaster of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra) complete her qualification.
Since playing chambermusic was always an important part of her musical life, she immediately became a member of the "Salzburg Chamber Soloists" the year she came to Salzburg. As a part of this ensemble she recently performed concerts in Brazil, Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
Since 2011 Barbara Galante is the Concertmaster of "Philharmonie Salzburg" and violinist in the international renown "Delphos Quartett". 2012 the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra invited her to become a member of their Academy- Orchester Akademie Ossiach der Wiener Philharmoniker.

Daniel Auner was born in Vienna in 1987 and studied at the University of Music in his hometown with Arkardi Vinokurow, Marina Sorokowa and Christian Altenburger. After finishing his "Bachelor"-Degree he had been invited by Igor Ozim to continue his studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. Master classes with f.ex. Ivry Gitlis, Midori Goto, and Rainer Kussmaul have supplemented his training.
Daniel Auner is the winner of several national and international violin competitions, among them the Johannes Brahms International Competition, "Violin in Dresden " and "Gradus ad Parnassum - KlassikPreis Österreich"
In addition to his appearances as a soloist, chamber music has become an important aspect of his artistic work. Daniel Auner not only plays in a fixed formation, the Vienna Mozart-Trio, he is also often invited to international Chambermusic Festivals like the Moritzburg Festival or the Schwäbischer Frühling .
Artists he has worked together with as a soloist or chamber musician include Dennis Russel Davies, Andrés Orozco-Estrada, Josep Caballé-Domenech, Ivry Gitlis, Markus Landerer, Patrick Demenga, Jan Vogler, Christian Altenburger, Melvyn Tan, Thomas Selditz, Avri Levitan and Christoph Schiller.
Tours as a soloist or chamber musician have taken him to all over the world, frequently he appears in concerts in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Hungary, France, Brazil and several countries in south-east Asia.
In February 2009, at the invitation of the German radio and television station MDR, he recorded his debut CD, presenting a wide range of repertoire from Eugène Ysaÿe to Fritz Kreisler. This album "Caprice Viennois" was published by Gramola Vienna and got very positive reviews from all the major CD Magazines. Dr. Wilhelm Sinkovitz, music critic for "Die Presse" wrote: "The young artist succeeds in presenting technically difficult passages with charm, yet with the necessary seriousness - a combination that makes the listening experience a pleasure."
Daniel Auner plays a Violin build by Hieronymus Amati and Johann Christoph Leidolff 1740 in Cremona and Vienna.
Since 2011 he is supported by "Thomastik Infeld, Vienna"
