Team formed by the fall of 1992 by guitarist - vocalist Brandon Diaz . One year later, the group published the first demo and there are changes in the composition : from the team leaves the bass guitarist . First shade creativity stood out in the spring of 1993, when Ceremonium recorded their debut mini-album "Nightfall in Heaven", which followed immediately after the demo . These two entries are posted gloomy death metal path towards new depths of the atmosphere.

His first full-length album titled "Into the Autumn Shade" the band released in 1995 on the label Fadeless Records. His record was held at Solid Sounds and Excello Studios in March-May 1995, for mixing the album was sent in June and July . Debut material was a success and was positively received by the public death - doom scene. After this success was finally realized and mini- release "Nightfall in Heaven", recorded two years earlier.

The following year was another year of change for the group. The group parted ways with vocalist Oscar Matter , and for microphone stand becomes Brandon Diaz. The role of bassist gets another group , Lino River , which had been with Ceremonium until 2000.

In July 1998, the second full-length recording starts , entitled "No Longer Silent" on Vortex Studios, but with the emerging issues in collaboration group decides to change the label . Guitarist Tom writes Piola group already on his label Destro Records. Copied from Dark-World.ru.

"No Longer Silent" was released in 2000 and differed from its predecessor attraction to black metal . End of 2000 proved to be a group of active time touring until 2001 . During this time, the team managed to come up with Enslaved, Dark Funeral, and also to open a couple of gigs . During this time Ceremonium again there are changes in the composition : the team left Lino river , and took his place Brayayan Yost.

In 2003, Diaz illness put an end to the existence of the group, but despite this , he later took up another project , Netherworld Assembly, along with Tom Piola .

In 2012, the label Weird Truth Productions produces a compilation of the best tracks Ceremonium titled "Dreams We Have Written".
