Jennifer Vazquez’s professional music career may have started in her early twenties; but if you ask her family, they will tell you all about Jennifer’s passion for music, theater and dance from the time she was a few years old.
In Jennifer’s mid twenties, she moved to LA and hits the streets busking in Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice Beach regulary to hone her songwriting and performance skills, build a fan base and make a living doing her passion, writing songs and performing them live. Indie-Music.com says, “There is something about this woman that makes you like her, not just as a singer, but as a person. She has the charisma that makes a star.”
Jennifer’s passion to connect to others through words and music has earned her accolades from much of the music industry during the past 16 years; including receiving four “Honorable Mentions” from the prestigious Billboard Contest, being an ASCAPlus Award Winner for the past 13 years and recently getting two of her songs placed in the film, “Sleeping With The Fishes”, starring Gina Rodriguez, which has already won a few awards, one being, best New Director in the 2014 Film Festival Circuit.
