DESCRIPTION:
A friend of mine asked how he could lessen the effect of running his Doepfer Dark Energy's LFO into a Mode Machines Juno Filter. I suggested the Moog CP-251's attenuator and made the first part of this video to demonstrate. While I had the CP-251 hooked up to my Jupiter 4, I decided to run the LFO into the multiplier and also send a pulse to the JP-4's arpeggiator's external clock input. After noodling on that for a while, I decided to improv on my Yamaha CP-70 electric grand piano and Animoog triggered via MIDI on my Roland PK-5 foot pedals as a make-shift Taurus synth.
