Re: "Fiti Lagakali" MAL

In October 2015 during Vagahau Niue Week in NZ, I released a recording of "Fiti Lagakali" which got nominated for a few awards at the Vodafone Pacific Music Awards 2016.

The free download song was available for everyone if they could make the effort to donate money towards buying extra stationary for small learning communities in Niue Island.

From the donations we managed to gather a humble total of $425.50.

With this money I purchased whiteboards, markers, notebooks, exercise books, pens, pencils, glue sticks and scissors to name a few things, to be sent up to our home island of Niue to assist groups such as Koli Mai a! with their literacy program. Koli mai a! are a dance school filled with different aged girls and is directed by Sinahemana Hekau.

I feel honoured to be able to help in this way to give for our people back at home.
