耶和華是我活命的氣力，我欲驚是誰？

Jehovah is my light, Jehovah is my salvation,
Jehovah is the strength of my life, whom shall I fear?


耶和華是我的藤牌，耶和華是我的高台。
Iâ-hô-hoa sī góa ê tîn-pâi，Iâ-hô-hoa sī góa ê koân-tâi。
耶和華是我活命的氣力，我欲驚是誰？
Iâ-hô-hoa sī góa oa̍h-miā ê khuì-la̍t，góa beh kiaⁿ chī-chūi?

Jehovah is my shield, Jehovah is my fortress,
Jehovah is the strength of my life, whom shall I fear?


有一件事我曾尋求，我猶原尋求，
Ū chi̍t-kiāⁿ sū góa bat chhōe-kiû，góa iû-goân chhōe-kiû，
就是一世人徛起佇耶和華的厝，看祂的榮光。
Chiū sī chi̍t-sì-lâng khiā-khí tī Iâ-hô-hoa ê chhù，khòan I ê êng-kng。

One thing have I asked of Jehovah, That I will seek after,
That I may dwell in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life,
To behold the beauty of my Lord.

That I may dwell in the house of Jehovah all the days of my life,
And to seek the face of my Lord.
