>>>>Justin DeTie (guitars, vocals, sequences) and Jim Calvert (drums, vocals) met in 1996 when they joined an established band in the St. Louis area and became instant friends. For over a decade they have played, recorded, and toured together. In early 2005, they formed Jambis Revenge and began writing material. What resulted was new, bold and in your face rock with elements of their influences such as Foo Fighters, Weezer, and David Bowie. They recorded a few demo songs and began networking to spread the word.



>>>>Their self produced demo caught the attention of critically acclaimed producer Alan Doss (Galactic Cowboys Geffen, Metal Blade). They signed a production deal and Jambis Revenge headed for Houston to record. Under Alan's direction they recorded and released a 6 song EP that was received with words of praise. As word began to spread of this new phenomenon from Texas the band was able to showcase their music on stage in the company of King's X.
