The Rising Tide - Internal Conflict [2015] - Video
PUBLISHED:  Apr 24, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
We are proud to release the title track from our upcoming album "The Rising Tide" to be release in full in July.

----

Rising from uncertainty. Internal Conflict craft an aggressive art, delivering heart forged in anger.

Taking in influence from all corners of rock and metal, midlandsmetalheads.com said that Internal Conflict "clearly mean business" while Getyourrockout.co.uk said "the passion was certainly visible".

Hitting the road hard, IC were receiving plaudits for their "brutal and theatrical" live shows, before winning their Metal 2 the Masses event which brought them to the Bloodstock new blood stage and added to the FATangel Music roster.

IC were honoured to play the very last Headbangers Balls show, sharing the stage with none other than the mighty Onslaught.
Having just completed a very successful co-headlining tour of the UK with Ballsdeep, IC are now preparing for the relase of their new album 'TheRising Tide'.

Recent Press:

"Internal Conflict clearly mean business"
-midlandsmetalheads.com

"Leicester’s Internal Conflict are here on a mission: “this is for your entertainment” screams singer Adam Kyle during the first song and by the second – the handily titled “Baying For Blood” – the five piece are positively slaying with their fine brand of metallic hardcore. “Lessons” is about learning from mistakes and is an extremely angry piece of music. One of their number wears a Haunted tshirt, another a Machine Head one, with Kyle sporting a Slayer tattoo. Internal Conflict’s sound neatly straddles all three, and with songs as good as current single “Another Day” they sit well in that company, Internal Conflict are quite superb."

maximumvolumereviews.co.uk

"Internal Conflict, this band immediately caught my eye as their energy and vocal range was incredible" liverpool-live.info

"brutality with a heavy-ass hardcore-edged metal pounding that’s technically adept, theatrical and sadly over too soon. Vocalist Adam could strip paint off walls at a fair distance" www.themonograph.co.uk

Were they really that good? Well, yes they were, they had the package you need and the passion was certainly visible - Getyourrockout.co.uk at Bloodstock open air

Well… they fucking rawwwwwked! What a show they put on. Everything about them was so tight and for me, one of the bands of the weekend. - TBFM Online Radio

"it was IC’s day to show their magnificence and melt a few faces with their wonderfully powerful set" - Music in Leicester

Starting off sounding a little Lamb of God-esque, their Swedish thrash influences soon come to the fore. Probably the show stealing performance of the night. - muchmoremetal.com

The Rising Tide

All, this, time
fighting for a chance to prove yourselves
begging on your knees
justify - passing on the blame of your

trespasses
but then look away -
From the suffering
Praising the bloodshed

Standing right here, screaming our lungs out
and making no sound - silence, deafening
losing mind, just like the creatures we are.

there's no Words - oh there is nothing to say
against the rising - tide
oh there is nothing to say - No more

words - human nature to destory ourselves,
point the trigger and, keep, your, head.
down - self the maker of – your – self destruction

Standing right here, screaming our lungs out
and making no sound - silence, deafening
losing mind, just like the creatures we are.

There’s no Words - oh there is nothing to say
against the rising - tide
oh there is nothing to say - No more words.

spit, the venom out, like the snake you are
preying, and victimize
docile pliant race, all for
crooked, valuation apathy
birth right, entitlement
so much for your revolution ---
stand against – there's not more words

walk, in the shadow of
systematic fall
keep to what we know
keep our head afloat
changing what we can
live to be a man
taking life just one day at a time
