This DVD contains music and videos and carious live footage from 1988-2003. The music videos portray the more artistic aspect of the band, and the live footage shows the energy, dementia and frenzy.

The now famous Chopping Block/Boston show is also featured on this DVD, the show had a "free for all" style line up. Interchanging players from Converge, Hope Con, Give Up The Ghost joined Integrity on stage throughout the set playing various instruments and performing vocal duties.

Live footage also takes you back to 1988 when the band had just formed. Also you will see the 1st time the song "Those Who Fear Tomorrow" was ever performed (and basically improvised at this show. This DVD is a must have for any Integrity fan.
