M.A. DOUBLE

M.A.T.T 31 years old living in essex been into music since he was 8

listening to electro and hip hop in the early eightys.

that was until his sister got him into the acid house music that she was listening to.

thats where it all started for him! he was given the chance of playing on cyndicut fm

back in the late eightys and through the ninetys, the baby of the bunch at 15 playing alongside long time freinds daz (undercover agent) embee, just jones, andy c, red one, rhythm, majistrate, destruction amonst others.

going on to land resident weekly slots at clubs like slammers (time tunnell) also resident at berwick manor and bookings from major promoters of the time like raindance,

world dance etc. eventually he got into music production with his best mate embee.

with just a sampler and computer they started to bring their own sound together realeasing tracks on daz's splash and juice recs under the sudinem of indicas rhythm.

he also did solo realeses for juice too.

then they hooked up with ian who was a long time school and skater buddy who was also a dj and producer after writing a couple of tracks with him in his studio we formed ego trippin. we have had releases on frontline,battlemaster,frequency,global,our own imprint 3rd angle juice,splash,direct recordings,teknologika and many more!we also collaberate as the aggrovaterz! any demo's you can contact me via aim, matt ego trippin peace.
