Patchouli possesses Royal Flare, which is extremely powerful and can hit your entire team for several hundred damage apiece. She's also got incredible WIS, so you'll need to strike her at melee range. However, she rarely ever seems to start at the proper distance for you to take advantage of that. Oftentimes, you'll need to first eliminate the fairy maids that are at close distance before you can advance to attack Patchouli with melee attacks, which buys her some time to prepare Royal Flare.

Is it just me, or is Patchouli really, really well-endowed in her artwork for this game?
