SUBTITLES should be on and active,but it was a beta site and it seems like the beta bugs makes the length added specific in the editor for start to end is all bugged out. Some seems to show like in a flash up to 2-3 times,but the file shows only one single subtitle of each video comment. Kept on for 45minutes to finish it best possible,so gonna look into it later. Maybe the downloaded file will be tested on another site. Anyway,for now its better then nothing. Enjoy! :)))
