DESCRIPTION:
Well, this is awkward.
The title is a pun on "kuuki ga yomenai" - literally "can't read the atmosphere" and generally referring to being socially awkward/making faux pas - and "yome," bride. Which, despite my bride-related pun, is probably in itself a joke on "reading" yome as the wrong kanji. So... pretend "read" is said as if in the past tense, I guess?
0:32 The KY on our young hero's shirt also stands for Kuuki ga Yomenai.
1:57 She wrote "your true feelings" upside down, as well as a note: "Upside-down! ↑↓" And the whole screen is flipped around due to our hero's... "bridge" manuever.
