DESCRIPTION:
Today we are looking the BOSS FZ-2 HYPER Fuzz, a gem from the 90s with a killer fuzz tone. The circuit is based on the Shin-Ei FY-6/Univox Superfuzz circuit with some added extras such as a 2 band activer EQ and a clean boost mode. It was made famous by Electric Wizard but can achieve all kinds of fuzzy madness tones.
