DESCRIPTION:
다이아가 펜타토닉스버전의 Fleet Foxes 의 White Winter Hymnal을 커버했습니다.
한국의 정서를 담고 싶은 마음에 한국의 전래동화인 “햇님달님”의 내용으로 개사를 했고
특유의 손동작 또한 한국의 쎄쎄쎄를 전격 도입하여 독창적인 액션을 완성했습니다.

처절했던 메이킹 필름도 조만간 공개할 예정입니다.

Hi everyone! We are a Korean a cappella group, DIA!

We admire Pentatonix, an amazing American a cappella group
whose every single cover song went viral on Youtube in the recent years.


So in homage to them,
we are going to perform

their version of

White Winter Hymnal.


But, of course, with some twists.

Since we are a cappella group from Korea,
we rewrote the lyrics in Korean language.
It’s based on our folktale "the sun and the moon"
to reflect Korean culture and emotions.


And there is one more,

we changed their hand clap movement
to our own applied ideas
from Korean traditional clapping game.
