OM SO HUM @528Hz

So Hum is derived from Sanskrit and literally means "I am That" . it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. As we meditate on this, we realize that we are all one, we have all come from one Infinite Source, and a part (Ansh) of that infinite source is present in all of us. We are all connected.
"You are the same as I am" OM is the sound of universe. Om Soham ~ I am the universe, I am part of it, I am connected to that Infinite source.

Glen Rein, from Quantum Biology labs has researched (1995) on effects of certain types of music & frequencies from ancient times, such as sanskrit mantras, gregorian chants, gongs and singing bowls and found that some specific music - especially the ancient music such as gregorian chants and sanskrit mantras can help bring "very positive emotional state". He also found that such sounds and music has effect on conformation of DNA over short distances.

And now the latest research in Japan has shown that it promotes healthy functioning of endocrine system, which in turns helps in reducing the cortisol levels, thus reducing stress levels and promoting sleep time cell repair.
