After all these years of searching for this classic tune, I finally found it. Just thought I'd share it with you guys because of the low quality "Katz Theme" tracks that are already on Youtube. Originally, the entire track is two minutes long but I looped the percussion part simply because it's the very reason why I searched for the track. The composers of this piece are Jody Gray and Andy Ezrin, those two sublime musicians composed Courage the Cowardly Dog Show's music.
