Before playing the track from The Fall (Hit The North) - Annie Nightingale tells the story about
Spencer - a friend of Annie’s and a huge fan of The Fall and of John Peel.

Spencer had a dream about watching Legia Warsaw against Manchester United, in which he saw the full time score and the first scorer. He tells Annie about the dream and she asks if she can tell this story on the radio but Spencer said no, don’t want to jinx it.

A couple of days later Annie is interviewing Status Quo (!) at the same time the match plays and…
