One of the most talented songwriter/producer/singers in the industry is ready to take the tint off the windows and let people see who is really driving the car that keeps pumping those hits down the street.

His name is A.D. You may know him as Adonis.

In 1997 Adonis moved back to Atlanta after leaving college in only his first year. With big dreams and gigantic aspirations he started a group who would later become one of Atlanta's premier unsigned groups. Under the leadership of then and still current manager Kirk Woods of The Woodland Ent. Group, Adonis began to take his love of writing songs more seriuosly. After the group disbanded in 2000, Kirk set up a chance meeting with BadBoy Publishing. Adonis didnt have any songs recorded so they offered to fly him to New York to meet with Sean Combs aka P.Diddy. In order to secure a spot on the prestigous Hitmen Squad, Adonis had to write a song on the spot for Diddy in 15 minutes. Adonis not knowing what he was writing for put his pen to work. Diddy loved the song so much he put it on the project he was workin on at the timeJennifer Lopezs' J.LO album. Garnering Adonis his first placement. 6 yrs and 145 song releases later, Adonis has now become a Grammy Award winning Songwriter/producer who is responsible for hits on some of your favorite artist from P.Diddy(I NEED A GIRL pt.I & II) to Usher (MY BOO) to Mariah Carey (SO LONELY) to Beyonce (SUMMERTIME) to Marques Houston (CIRCLE) to Ciara (AND I) to Chris Brown (SAY GOODBYE) Sammie (COME WITH ME) and many many more.

With now 3 Grammy's under his belt and 7 nominations for 2004's smash hit " MY BOO" and for his participation in "The Emancipation Of MiMi" ( the Twista and Mariah duet ), Adonis is going after the fourth. He recently crafted songs for Nicole (of the Pussy Cat Dolls), Enrique Iglesias, Omarion, Gwen Stefani, Mario, Cherish, Ciara (EVOLUTION), Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown (EXCLUSIVE), Fantasia, and JoJo.

He definitely is proud of his most recent accomplishment of setting a record four wins over two years for one song in the heralded ASCAP AWARDS ( songwriter and producer awards ) for the song " MY BOO". Workin along side young music impresarios Bryan Cox and Kendrick "WYLDCARD" Dean, the guys called themselves "THE MARATHON MEN"
