DESCRIPTION:
​Work is now well underway on an iconic Liverpool waterfront site to build a residential tower after the site lay dormant for years. Local building firm Primesite Developments has begun work on Herculaneum Quay near Brunswick Dock. At least a hundred and one apartments will be available in two towers, one eight storeys high, the other fifteen. Most apartments in the building are now sold with completion slated for the end of this year to the first quarter of 2017 depending on the total number of apartments finally built. The site fell victim to the credit crunch after work initially started in 2007. Primesite acquired the development in 2012….
