For our latest session of #CoverClub we found ourselves back at Breakneck Studio where our series began. Earlier this week we released the Levee Drivers cover of Chris Kasper's fan favorite 'Walking On Water' from his "The First Hundred Years Are The Hardest" album. Today we unveil a song, 'Going Nowhere' that had been retired from Levee Drivers live shows, but was resurrected for this series.

Recorded in Newtown, PA this fourth set of recordings for the series includes Levee Drivers and three more Philly artists to be revealed this winter!

Cover Club is a special brand of covers featuring Philly; old school Philly, current Philly, anything Philly related!"A special brand of Philly covers". The bands will mainly be Philly bands covering other Philly bands, but in some cases like Joe Fletcher, we could be including a national act in the rotation as well. Each Monday we will release a cover, with an original from the session being released on the Thursday of the same week!

What is Cover Club?:
Earlier this year here at the indie Philly blog, Root Down In The Shadow, we started the fun series #Philly Presents ...bands writing about other bands. The most common reaction from bands to this project: "Wait? Are we covering other bands?" And so #CoverClub was born!
