Although released in 2004, this album was recorded in 1966, documenting the garage punk band the Insurrections, which featured Flynt, Walter De Maria and Paul Breslin.
The first track on the album, "Uncle Sam Do", referenced the Vietnam War: "Nobody talk peace like Uncle Sam do; Uncle Sam talk the peace and drop napalm on you".
