In 2005 the future of UK Hip Hop was born with long term friends ACE and RAS-DANIEL linking up due to the love of Hip Hop, they could both rap but decided they needed beats that were Hip Hop with a UK sound so Ras started focusing his talents into producing and developing this new sound. ACE and RAS knew they needed a name that would reflect the true meaning of what they represented and there outlook on life as they've experienced it, so Ace suggested the name 'Heaven Sent' after a label he'd always dreamed of having, when close friend Melvin suggested adding 'Thugs'. It showed that they are the depiction of what society deems Thugs in every sense of the word, living a road life but with different intentions and a good heart, like a juxtapose they are Heaven Sent Thugs.



Later H.S.T sort to strengthen the camp by getting on board new members so decided to approach a well known MC in the area who had his own crew at the time PLAYA GEE who at a later date brought through his own prodigy - a fast paced ill tempered mc known as DIE-NO. Most recently in 2007 HST brought in former DJ / Promoter DRAGO who drawed for the mic after he grew tired of listening to fake road men rap!!



All 5 members grew up together in their native town of Rainham sitting on the Thames Gateway on the border of East London & Essex. You can currently buy H.S.T's 18 track mixtape 'SAY YOUR PRAYERS'

on itunes and from underground record stores across the UK. It has hits like 'Say Your Prayers' & 'Let's Go'

Angel (cleopatra) and 'Struggling' with Vocals from Jason, plus guest features from Ghetto and Shizzle.



Due for release around october time is 'THE AWAKENING' The Brand NEW ALBUM which should be an absolute must have for anyone who enjoys hip hop an rnb and anyone with a pulse. With a plethora of choons to please everyone (if that's possible), the Awakening does exactly what it says on the disk.

ACE has also just finished his solo mixtape STEEL SPITTIN which shows the more underground harder side dealing with darker issues, so keep your eye's peeled. Plus theres also another HST mixtape which is grime based called INTRAVENUS MUSIC due for release around september time which promises to be

DOUBLE HYPE.



The Hip Hop style of Heaven Sent is best described as Electro-Rock-Rap, pushing the boundaries to new heights. "The electro is our way of representing the FUTURE in our sound, taking your mind into space so to speak. The rock is respecting the PAST and the raw power that the guitar has to offer with the gut wrenching feeling it gives. The rap is our PRESENT struggle in society binding fierce street bars with enlightened thinking and thought provoking topics".
