DESCRIPTION:
Gong baths are used for enhancing meditation, and are more effective than white noise on bringing deep sleep.

This one was recorded in the library of Gaunts House, taking full advantage of the incredible acoustics that the room gives due to being built out of portland stone.

It uses two gongs that entrain and reach depths, which allow you to be moved by the frequencies and vibrations created by this ancient and most magical of arts.
