Most of Headphone Karaoke's lyrics talk about drugs, drug experiences and drug users. We don't say this is not dangerous, we only say that war on drugs kills more than drugs themselves. We don't say this is not dangerous, we only say that penal sanctions are the worst way to get people to be responsible for their own health. We don't say this is not dangerous, we only say that preventing us from talking about our own lives and feelings the way we experience them is an unbearable attack on our freedom of speech. We don't say this is not dangerous, we only say we don't accept this situation and we'll fight against it by all means necessary, from music and songs to activism and civil disobediance.

Headphone Karaoké est le projet électro très, très glam enfanté par Eric Labbé et Charlotte Miquel. Un couple généreusement prosélyte dans sa foi en un clubbing aussi radical que joyeux. Boucles en vrilles, beats sévères, textes sex & drugs & drugs, punkitude acidulée et puis une certaine tendance à énerver les dancefloors.
Ils ont joué @ le Rex Club, le Pulp, le Batofar, la Maroquinerie, la Scène Bastille, le Show Case, l'Ile Enchantée, le 3ème Lieu, le Barourcq, la Foire du Trône (Je hais les dimanche), les Nuits Sonores (Village Mix Move), Zoo / L'Usine (Genève), Kinzo Klub (Berlin), NBI (Berlin).
