DESCRIPTION:
Here's a little one-take clip I did for cosmogang (Alex). He wanted to hear the Electric Mistress and Echo Park in action. I just noodled a bit to showcase the sounds - this is by no means an in-depth demo, haha. If there's interest for me to demo the individual units, let me know!

During the clip I switch pickup positions on my Strat to showcase the different sounds, since obviously, everything reacts differently when using different combinations, especially on a Strat.

I used the Shiva clean model on the Axe-Fx ULTRA for the clean sound and didn't use any effects of the Axe itself. I used all the pedals you see on the PedalTrain Mini on top of the rack-tower, including the 70ies Script Dyna Comp.

I set the Electric Mistress to a medium Rate and Depth and set the Color at about 10 O' clock. It's not an in your face kinda flange sound, I just use it to make everything sparkle a bit more, especially on Strats and Teles. I use it as a tone-shaper, but obviously, as a more obvious modulation effect from time to time as well.

The DMM is mixed in lightly with the Echo Park to create a semi-pad-like sound. So, you still have note clarity, but a lot of cloudiness as well. I set the Echo Park on the Tape mode. Lovely pedal. Underrated as fuck. The algorithms used on it aren't like the DL-4 or the M9/M13 or even the Echo Pro. Line 6 admitted that the Echo Park had its own algorithm. It's easily one of the best bang for the buck delays and actually sounds fantastic.

I also used one of my Ableton Live modulated reverb patches, but it's mixed in lightly, in parallel.
