The world music concert hosting 50 performers from Serbia, the region, Norway and Palestine held in the Cultural Institution Palilula, at the Stamenkovic scene, represented a solemn opening of the first Tutti World Music Center in Serbia.
The founder of the Tutti Foundation Inge Danielsen approached the scene in Cultural Institution of Palilula facing the crowded audience with a seven meter long rope which was ought to picturesquely symbolize seven billion people in the world. - When I cut off 12 millimeters of this rope, representing citizens of Serbia and Norway, the large piece of the world remains, and if we are to be members of the global society, we have to know of other countries as well -- stated Danielsen, adding that "tutti' in Italian means "all", and that it stands for music from all the countries in the world.

The spectacular concert was opened by talented young musicians Nora Essahli Warholm, Djordje Rajku, Milos Dimitrijevic, Milos Tomic, Zoran Beljanski, Nandor Kovac, Ljiljana Dacanin, Marijan Stanojevic, Visnja Begovic, Marijana Lestaric, Nikola Birac, Mija Risteljic, Dijana Stavric, Bojan Cumurovic, Barbara Bubanja, Johanne Øra Danielsen, Mija Ristic, Miroslav Adasevic under conduction of Mr. Aleksandar Smrekic and Mr. Zoran Bogdanovic.

Younger musicians were followed by Tutti wolrd music ensemble,with musicians from Norway, Palestine and the Balkans -- Bajram Kafu Kinolli, Osama Abu Arafeh, Christine Zayed, Alber Bassil, Samer Rashed, Valeria Neira Lillebjerka, Marko Markovic, Natasa Tasic Knezevic, Vasil Hadzimanov, Daniel Lazar, Miroslav Petkov, Nikola Milosavljevic, Ismar Poric, Jovana Bogojevic, Anela Cindrak, Diego Vitasovic, Aleksandra Bjelos, Mina Sukovic, Sinan Acifovic, Stevan Samardzic and Danilo Mitic led by prominent Serbian musician from Norway and leader of Tutti Serbia, Mr. Jovan Pavlovic and Anne Fosen, Erlend Smalås and Hans Hulbaekmo.
