THE TUNE
This was one of the first ones composed for the album. It was a little tricky to get together. The odd drum groove came from an improvisation session with Thomas Törnroos. I recorded his grooves and later used them as inspiration for composing. Great way to get new rhythmic ideas to your tunes is to use grooves created by others!
Originally did a demo of this tune in autumn 2012, same time as I did Practice Heart and many other tunes. I re-recorded these guitars so many times. It was the most difficult tune to get together for the album. Espcially the verse which used to have a totally different guitar lines. After the mastering of the album I realized there was too many notes in that part. Nothing you could get hold of as a listener. So I composed the new melody and created a demo of the new verse when sitting on an aeroplane flying back from germany workshop! The simple melody was the answer. And the fact that I didn't compose it with a guitar in my hand. The cool synth tones heard on the verse come from the ipad app I did on the plane.

THE VIDEO
It's a playthrough video. The lead guitar is live. The intro was shot separate for the sake of getting close up picture with the cartoon.
The actual tablatures were created on Guitar Pro 6 by Arobas Music. In the end of the video the main theme sweep is found played with a click in slow and full speed. Check it out. Might be challenging at first, but very enjoyable to play once you master it!
