As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis pleaded guilty to attempting to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife on Feb 25th. Tim could serve up to nine years in prison, and four years of parole after his release, and be fined $10,000.
The exact duration of prison time was not defined. The Judge will decide the length of time, and both attorneys are encouraged to file pleading papers. Sentencing is set for May 2nd with Judge Carlos Armour presiding..
