For the second release in this new year we welcome back our dear talent Bob the Groove as he returns to progressive mainland for Abstract Space Records 120th release with a majestic dreamy single "Sunset by Your Side" with exclusive remixes from our very own Klangtraeumer (Germany) and returning Serge Landar (Ukraine). Bob being active on labels like Bonazi Progressive, 238W, Massive Harmony Records, Stellar Fountain and being featured in our Best of 2016 series for Abstract Space and Aethereal is a real gem in global underground house. His tracks have a unique ability to turn everyone to the dancefloor and one can be left lost in his aura full of emotions. He starts 2017 with another magical single.
The original track 'Sunset by Your Side' is a blend of a clever velvety bassline, ultra-fine groove with authentic percussions, a mesmerizing back pad vocal and tangled serene chord progressions along with a vague pluck, leading to a pristine breakdown before slowly reintroducing the original elements to a one soulful journey with an imagination to be walking on a sandy beach looking over the sun as it melts into the sea. For the first remix we have more of a tropical version by Klangtraeumer, a member of Abstract Family, he turns original into a more deeper sense where it progresses gracefully through distinguished bass layering, exquisite original melody and spirited plucks along with a fresh drum set with exotic percussions morphs the track, transforming the original elements into a wonderful compile perfect for a road trip. You will surely love this one.
Our remix pundit Serge Landar presents the final remix intimating with a more cleansed and deeper version of the title track with charming and classic groove which paves the intro nicely while flimsy percussions shaping an overwhelming rhythm. The soothing bassline and dreamy vox pads are the key elements here as the track perpetuates into a pure progressive weapon that hooks you till the end. A must one for any DJ set.
