TOP OF THE WORLD (2004) by Patty Griffin - Video
PUBLISHED:  Dec 01, 2009
DESCRIPTION:
Patty Griffin, born 16 March 1964, is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She is a recipient of the Americana Music Association's highest honor as "Artist of the Year" in 2007, as well as taking home the award for best album for Children Running Through.

Griffin wrote and recorded "Top of the World" for her would-be 2000 album Silver Bell. But a dispute with her label A&M Records caused the album to go unreleased and Griffin to be dropped, although copies of Silver Bell circulated and increased Griffin's reputation as a songwriter within the music industry.Griffin's own re-recording of "Top of the World" (this video) would finally surface for good on her 2004 album Impossible Dream. The above info was adapted from Wikipedia.

I have put together what I hope is the definitive slideshow for this track. Many of the images I obtained from a Patty Griffin fan site
