DESCRIPTION:
Cooking an omelette on the bottom of my vintage Griswold skillet griddle. I used about 1/2 tablespoon of butter but I think that was too much. I had too much egg as well and it spilled over the side of the pan. Sorry about the poor video quality. I was filming with one hand and cooking with the other.
