DESCRIPTION:
Date Palms formed first as a duo in 2008 by multi-instrumentalists Marielle Jakobsons and Gregg Kowalsky in Oakland, California. The band has grown to a five piece band helping further develop their sound of psychedelic minimalism. The quintet visited the office to play "Exodus Due West" from their 2013 Release "The Dusted Sessions" on Thrill Jockey Records.
