DESCRIPTION:
Corpus Principium is performance art as well as a method to enact a “Sigil of Sound” meaning that the music itself is embedded with intentions and atmospheres that resonate well into the astral plane and exist there as incarnate energies birthed from the spiritual womb of my brain.
The founder of this entity, Marquis, is a practitioner of Austin Osman Spare's system of magick via enacting change through chaos energies and the subconscious desires of man.
He is an accomplished artist, having sold independently through his Death Posture Ritualis label several of his surreal art prints and manipulated Weimar Berlin 1930's art photographs. He has also had his surreal artwork published in spiritual collaboration on two books of world reknowned occultist Michael Ford, namely Akhkharu - Vampyre Magick and Maskim Hul - Babylonian Magick.
He has several projects and bands (founded and/or participatory) such as Elegy of Madeline, In Nomine Choronzon, Grauen Pestanz and Black Funeral all of which have published work under them.
Corpus Principium exists to extol the "Blessings of Death", that which is not true death, but of regeneration through the destruction of duality on a fundamental continuum of mind.
