God of Shamisen is a Rock Fusion of Eastern Tsugaru Shamisen with Western Rock, Heavy Metal, funk, Pop and world music.
Shamisen is an ancient musical instrument originating in China and imported into Japan via Okinawa where it came to be known as the San Shin. To learn more about Shamisen, Tsugaru Shamisen and/or to learn how to play one yourself please look up our Awesome website called BACHIDO.

God of Shamisen was formed in Santa Cruz, California and was an influence on the movement known as California Shamisen.
