"On June 26 Benny and a revamped Septet inaugurated a summer series programmed by radio station WNEW, New York. Its half-hour broadcasts on Saturday evenings originated in the Westchester County Center, White Plains, New York. Benny's two broadcasts were announced as, "The Benny Goodman Show."

The notes to the Dragon LP (by Lars Weston) state:
"Benny plays the opening solo on Swedish Pastry and leaves only two measures of eight bars each to Stan."

My source is a copy of the 12" LP: Dragon DRLP 29, titled
"Stan Hasselgard - Jammin' At Jubilee".

This track also appeared on 12" LP Från Staterna (titled "Charlie Christian/Wardell Gray - Tribute From Sweden"). Entitled "Swedish Sweets", the emcee's announcements are absent from that Boris Rose bootleg.
