DESCRIPTION:
This is an excerpt from a Gong Meditation Session I presented in Chicago back in December, 2013. For me, each session is different, as I have no script. I always follow the vibes of the room, the people, and how I feel at that particular time. My normal set up is 4 Gongs, as this was a larger room, I used more Gongs. So if you come to one of my sessions, it may be nothing like this video.

1) Yes, the video is a bit dark and grainy. That's because the lights are turned very low (this is even bright for most sessions I do). No one wants to lay under bright lights and try to relax.

2) Yes, it is very quiet in the beginning (that's the idea). I resisted bringing the volume of the video up, because later, it gets very loud when I'm playing the large Gongs. All things are about balance.
