The band tells the band's history (as well as some of their own early on) and the story isn't short on anecdotes and hilarious “re-enactments” amongst other things which along the way give a deeper insight into the band and the guys who are a part of it. But at the heart of it, the five guys in God Forbid tell it how it is all jokes aside, and if one thing's clear, they love what they do and wouldn't have it any other way. The second disc is rounded out with video bios of the band members on the band members and a brief look at the band's version of Black Metal and love of motorcycles." -
