Glenn Hughes was in London recently. Apart from putting in a stunning performance at the Sunflower Jam - Celebrating Jon Lord concert at the Royal Albert Hall London where Hughes was joined on stage by Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson for both You Keep On Moving and a storming Burn with a mesmerizing keyboard solo from Rick Wakeman followed by Hughes alone backed by an orchestra for a roof raising vocal delivery on This Time Around.
Before that Glenn spent a few days in London on a promotional visit to talk about one of the most exciting bands to emerge this year in California Breed which features Jason Bonham on drums and young 23 year old guitarist Andrew Watt.
MetalTalk's Mark Taylor got to speak to Glenn Hughes back at his plush hotel in Central London where the charismatic front man spoke in depth and enthusiastically about the album plus the chemistry between the three members of the band. Hughes also sheds light on the break up of Black Country Communion and a whole lot more.
