DESCRIPTION:
This is Kosmic Blues' first single and, in the same time, first video release. The song is a tribute to Ella Jenkins, dubbed "The first Lady of the Children Folk Song". Kosmic Blues brings to the present the strong messages of this "forgotten old treasure" and revives it in its own interpretation.

The video was produced using a "shadow theatre" technique that was chosen by the band as the best way, drama wise, to express the strong emotions that are carried by their song.

Kosmic Blues, as the name suggests, is a wonderful blend of blues, funk and electronic beats, with a dash of folk, jazz and old school rock. The result is a fresh timbre and a soothing sound that shelters the listener in an atmosphere of peace and "joie-de-vivre". Think of Morcheeba meets Jefferson Airplane, but with more than a modern twist.
