Idiot Prayer hail from Dunedin, New Zealand. They are another Dunedin noise-rock band in the tradition of fellow Dunedin sonic alchemists HDU. But, if you listen closely and have a long memory of noisy NZ bands you may find traces of the genetic material of bands like The Gordons and Bailter Space in their sound. Idiot Prayer are Tiddy Smith (Carriage H, Chihuahua) on guitar and vocals, Sam Brookland (Gestalt Switch) on drums and David Ager (Monkey Knife Fight) on bass.
