Sunday afternoons will never be the same again.
In a brand new series devised by cellist/composer Philip Sheppard, on the first Sunday each month this autumn, top musicians will perform spontaneous soundtracks to the world's greatest silent films without watching the films or rehearsing in advance.

It will be utterly great when it all clicks, and unintentionally hilarious when it goes awry.

Bring the whole family. Suitable for everyone from 5 to 95.

"There'll be as much slap-stick on stage as on screen; we get such a buzz from taking the risk with no safety net -- it's the adrenalin that makes it work, and when it's over you can't repeat it -- it's a one off! Come and see a group of musos having a busman's holiday. We may even get you up on stage to take part!" Philip Sheppard

The films will include those of comic heroes Buster Keaton and Harold Lloyd. Enjoy the relaxed, club-like atmosphere in Hall Two with plenty of room for some sophisticated mucking about.
