DESCRIPTION:
The Gedi Tribe Project was a 11 month non-formal learning and cultural project, lasting from the 1st of October 2013 until the 1st of September 2014, involving volunteers from France, Portugal, Republic of Moldavia and Romania. It was made by Macaia Association and financed by Youth in Action Programme – European Voluntary Programme. The headquarters of the project is in Bucharest, but it travels in other counties from Romania. It has two strategies of development: offering art therapy programs for young people with disabilities and distributing high quality social and cultural events in disadvantaged communities.
