DESCRIPTION:
Flight PR212, a Philippine Airlines Airbus 340 circling over Albion Park, near Wollongong, several times after take-off from Sydney International on 23 April 2017 with its landing gear down. It initially flew south overhead at very low altitude before circling 3 times from west to east before flying back up north of Sydney and landing at Sydney International.

According to the YSSY arrival/departure channel, it returned half an hour after it took off and was towed from the end of the runway upon landing.

Was tracking on the phone app Flight Radar, and took screenshots of its route and tracked it back to when it landed.
