This was my first psychedelic band, during the 90s, followed by a series of self-generated projects and culminating in Heavy Water Experiments. The album achieves a consistency that could lead many to see it as my best offering. It is certainly my most collaborative effort, since I was co-writing and singing compositions with the group's guitar player, whose playing really was impressive. There was a US tour and a couple of self-organized Mojave desert parties, not to mention so many So Cal gigs, before we went our separate ways. It's hard to say if the band would have gone on to bigger things if we had stuck it out. We weren't as interested in being commercial, and seeing what was commercial in the 90s, I am grateful we didn't succumb. On the other hand, it's a shame this album hasn't yet reached a wider audience who I know would appreciate it. Thank you for listening!
