DESCRIPTION:
Playing my Floyd Rose FRX tremolo on my Les Paul Studio. I like to use the trem expressively... applying vibrato to notes and chords, as well as to hit pitches above and below the fretted note.

After dealing with the less-than-perfect installation directions, I got this installed on my guitar. It works reasonably well, but feels pretty different from a standard Floyd. I think it improved this guitar, overall, and I like how it feels. The spring tension is very mushy compared to a three spring standard Floyd setup. This Les Paul was a pretty stiff player before, and now it plays much better due to the spongy action of the FRX.
